Bearing and Distance Calculation with Kocaman v0.2

When you are a 1st-year Surveying Engineering student, it is hard in surveying courses to avoid calculation errors when computing the distance and bearing between two points, especially not to get confused about where to add +200 grads and where to add +400 grads when calculating the bearing, and also to interpret which angle the bearing corresponds to when delta y or delta x is 0. With this in mind, I wrote the Kocaman v0.2 program, which lets you find the distance and bearing between two points with known coordinates. All the special cases in bearing calculation have been taken into account and built into the program.

The program also calculates the bearing separately in degrees, grads and radians. Although the program calculates these values, it is useful for student friends to know the logic behind the calculation. It is better to use the program only to speed up calculations and to check results.

The program was written in C# in the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 environment.
