Kocaman Version 1.9

As of 4 October 2013, Kocaman now has more than 1,000 active users, and I thank all users for the support they have given it. With version 1.9, which comes as a thank-you, it will be possible to convert between UTM 3-degree and 6-degree coordinate systems. I have largely taken into account the requests in users’ feedback, and I am extremely pleased with the support they have given to the development of the program. I hope this interest and support keeps growing.
