Kocaman Version 2.1 for Android Coming Soon

Version 2.1 of the Kocaman app for Android, which Mr Ümit and I have been working on for a long time and are currently testing, is almost ready for release. With this version of the app, which we plan to publish on Google Play within a few weeks once minor shortcomings are fixed and testing is complete:

• Performance improvements have been made,
• An elevation (height) value has been added to the GPS modules,
• A map has been added to the GPS Stake-out module,
• The WGS84 geographic coordinate system has been added to the GPS Survey module,
• The WGS84 geographic coordinate system has been added to the GPS Stake-out module,
• A GPS Area Calculation module has been added,
• A WGS84 Geographic/WGS84 UTM Conversion module has been added,
• A WGS84 UTM/WGS84 Geographic Conversion module has been added,
• A WGS84 Geographic/ED50 UTM Conversion module has been added,
• An ED50 Geographic/WGS84 UTM Conversion module has been added.

After version 2.1, prepared with our users’ feedback and needs in mind, Mr Ümit and I plan to start work on the eagerly awaited Kocaman for iOS as well.
