Affine Transformation in Netcad and ArcGIS Using a Parameter File

Affine transformation is a projective coordinate transformation process that many of us actually perform almost every day. Most of the time, we convert data that comes in different coordinate systems into the projected coordinate system we need, either with general parameters or, if available, with the local parameters we have.
