Map Asia 2010 & ISG 2010

Map_Asia

The Map Asia 2010 & ISG 2010 symposium, the 9th of which will be held this year, will take place in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. Besides covering transportation, water and infrastructure, electricity and energy infrastructure, the symposium looks set to be very useful, especially for surveying and many other engineering disciplines. Sponsored by many well-known companies such as Esri, Digital Globe, Trimble, HP and others, the symposium is likely to attract a very high number of participants. I don’t know what kind of participation there will be from Turkey, but I can say that it seems the time has come to turn our faces a little towards developments in the East. Although European countries seem to be ahead in terms of the profession, Asian countries have also recently been making developments that are not to be underestimated.

Now I will briefly tell you about Microsoft Security Essentials, the antivirus program made by Microsoft itself, which perhaps many of you know about but have not tried or have hesitated to try.
